That means you are covered if your watch malfunctions mechanically or stops working from regular use.

After a watch is purchased, our specialist will perform several final tests to ensure it is functioning correctly and within specifications before shipping. This process can take 1-3 business days. 

Once your watch is ready, it will be shipped via insured FedEx Overnight and arrive at your nearest FedEx carrier facility the next day. Tracking information will be provided once the watch ships. 

International shipping can take several days considering customs and travel. Straps made from exotic materials banned for import will be removed from the watch before shipping. Note that all import taxes and duties are the responsibility of the buyer.
