Refund & Exchange

 Any and all products sold by Greenwich Time LLC are not eligible for return. In some cases, an exchange for store credit can be granted if the following requirements are satisfied.

To be eligible for exchange, Pre-owned watches must be in the same condition that you received it/them, unworn or unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase, and it must not exceed 14 days from the original purchase date.

To start an exchange, you can contact us at Hello@greenwichtimeluxuries.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be exchanged, such as custom products (like special orders or personalized items) or special curated pieces that have been sourced at your request. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
