 Any and all products sold by Greenwich Time LLC are not eligible for return if they are delivered as described by Greenwich Time LLC.

Damages and issues

We offer a hassle-free exchange of equal value or store credit if there is unspecified damage or issues with the products upon delivery. You must reach out to a Greenwich Time LLC representative within 24 hours of receiving the product. We will assist you with a replacement or store credit per our policy. All our jewelry items are final sale.

At Greenwich Time. We conduct thorough inspections of all watches to ensure that they are in proper running condition and that their functions work perfectly. Unless we state otherwise, we cannot guarantee the service history of any of our timepieces. We are not responsible for any service once the watch is purchased.
